Blackout

"Darkness Falls!"

Blackout hails from the Realm of Dreams, where the collective imagination of all the creatures in the universe come together to create beautiful wonders...and terrible nightmares. At a young age, he was recruited into the Dark Stygian - a Dragon Clan whose chief responsibility was to create nightmares for evil creatures as a way to discourage them from doing more villainy. But the clan began to abuse their power and soon spread nightmares far and wide for its own amusement. But Blackout would not stand for it. So he learned to teleport directly into the nightmares the clan created and fought the creatures within. Eventually, the nightmares reached as far as Master Eon, who witnessed Blackout's courage within his own dreams. After helping him put a stop to the Dark Stygian, Eon then made Blackout a Skylander, serving as the protector of the Realm of Dreams and beyond!

Whirlwind

"Twists of Fury!"

Whirlwind is an air dragon with unicorn ancestry - two species that could not be more opposite in nature, which made her never quite fit in with either group. Other dragons were envious of her beauty, while unicorns shunned her for her ability to fly. But Whirlwind found peace within the dark and stormy clouds, where she learned to harness the tempest power within her. Despite her turbulent youth, she was the first to defend both unicorns and dragons when the trolls began hunting them, unleashing her ferocity in a brilliant and powerful rainbow that could be seen throughout many regions of Skylands. From that day forward, evildoers would quake when dark clouds brewed, and run from the rainbow that followed the storm.

Blades

"Looking Sharp!"

Blades came from a long line of dragons that guarded the dungeon of Scalos Castle, where the Golden Fear Serpent had slumbered for a century. Although it was considered an honor, Blades dreamed of becoming a knight so he could go on adventures in faraway lands. But one evening, a deafening roar shook the castle and a wave of fear swept over. The serpent had awoken! Fighting his fear with each step, Blades descended into the chamber. As he entered, the golden beast grinned and made Blades an offer - he would leave the kingdom unharmed and slumber for another hundred years, as long as Blades agreed to remain in the dungeon for eternity. Knowing the safety of the kingdom was more important than his ambition, Blades accepted the offer. Then suddenly, the fear was gone and the serpent vanished - for it turned out, the only way to defeat the serpent was to confront his fear. News of his bravery soon found its way to Master Eon, who came to see Blades at once and made him a Skylander.

Slitherwing

Species: Slitherwing
Class: Mystery
Personality: Toxic to the Touch
About: Giant, winged snakes with venomous scales and fangs, Slitherwings are truly the stuff of nightmares! As if one Slitherwing wasn't deadly enough, the poisonous dragons tend to hunt in packs. Like regular snakes, a Slitherwing's bright coloration indicates its venom level. The more colorful the Slitherwing, the deadlier the attack. These oversized serpents slither at top speeds, sedate prey with the toxins in their bites, and drag them back to their pit for dinner. Equally aggressive against Vikings and dragons, Slitherwings fear only one thing: Fire.

Kommo-o

Type: Dragon-Fighting
Ability: Bulletproof
            Soundproof
Hidden Ability: Overcoat
Possible Moves: Clanging Scales, Sky Uppercut, Brutal Swing, Draco Meteor
Alola Pokedex Entry: When it spots enemies, it threatens them by jingling the scales on its tail. Weak opponents will crack and flee in panic.

Triple Stryke

Class: Strike
Personality: Triple Threat
Hidden Abilities: The Triple Stryke's braided tail is a force to be reckoned with, but each individual tail also produces its own unique venom: A sting from the firsts tail numbs combatants, the second disorients them with mild hallucinogens, and the third creates an agonizing sensation of burning in your very blood!
About: Displaying an ornery disposition from the time of their hatching, Triple Strykes make the ideal champions in underground dragon combat arenas. With their barbed tails that deflect attacks, their intense fire blasts that blind opponents, and their tail triad that braids into a single, powerful weapon, a Triple Stryke wins most bouts on intimidation alone. But victory sometimes breeds vanity, and exploiting this overconfidence is often the only way to defeat a Triple Stryke in battle.

Death Song

Class: Mystery
Personality: Enticing and siren-like, this species of dragon is decidedly solitary.
Fire Type: Rather than spit fire, Death Songs spew an amber-like substance, which hardens into a cocoon and traps dragons and humans alike.
Hidden Abilities: Similar to its distant Jurassic ancestor, the Death Song possesses extra cervical vertebrae which, when expanded into frills, allow it to project its call to specific targets up to 1 mile away.

Rather than shooting fire, the Death Song spits thick, amber-like substance at its prey to form an impenetrable cocoon.

Although deceptively beautiful in appearance and melody, the Death Song has a lethal quality that is reminiscent of the Black Widow. Inhabiting a lush island beyond the archipelago, this dragon vocalizes its beautiful and hypnotic siren call in order to lure other dragons, which it then targets as prey. Rather than using fire to attack, the Death Song shoots out a liquid substance which traps and preserves victims as it hardens into a stiff amber cocoon that is penetrable only by flame. Typically, the Death Song chooses to entrap dragons only, but it also preys upon any humans unfortunate enough to make their way to its island. Its key weaknesses are Thunderdrums, which find themselves mostly immune to the Death Song's lethal lullaby due to poor hearing, and small enclosed spaces, which can render it vulnerable to its own song.
