Living in isolation for over 1,000 years, the Chronicler is a well-learned dragon with a flare for the dramatic when it comes to speech. The nature of his role as the Chronicler makes him a firm believer in destiny, and he often reminds Spyro that "sometimes our paths are chosen for us, and it is our destiny to follow them, wherever they might lead." The Chronicler is also the keeper of dragon history, guarding their best kept secrets and maintaining the lore of dragonkind for future generations.
